Heritage - Translation task

Below you will find a Polish version of a thank-you note written by Princess Izabela Czartoryska. A copy of it is displayed in the Gothic House in Puławy Park together with an array of books which formed the nucleus of her collection of old manuscripts, prints and works of art.

Translate the letter, paying special attention to its register and the phrases used in it.

Odebrałam wczorajszego dnia dowód pamięci przyjaciela, a dar ogrodnika, który mnie niezmiernie ucieszył. Wszystko w dobrym stanie doszło i dziś mą ręką zostało posadzone na ganku, gdyż tutaj już ziemia zamarzła.

Wyrazy wdzięczności łączę z wyrazami winnego szacunku, z którym na zawsze zostanę...
